This brochure provides an overview of the steps to access aged care services after you have registered with My Aged Care. It is posted to newly registered clients and representatives as part of the My Aged Care Welcome Pack.
It is also useful as a resource for GPs who may refer patients to My Aged Care through the GP e-Referral form.
