There are now 29 additional Aged Care Specialist Officers (ACSO) providing face-to-face aged care support at select Services Australia locations.
The new locations are in addition to existing Services Australia locations that have been rolling out since November 2021.
The face-to-face service provides another access point to My Aged Care, complementing the existing website and contact centre.
